These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hitoolskit website and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. Access to Tools
We provide access to a suite of third-party software tools. Your access to these tools is provided through a secure login to AdsPower, a special browser that manages all the tool profiles for you. You agree to use the tools in accordance with their respective terms of service.
2. Account Sharing
Sharing your account is strictly prohibited. We have automatic systems that detect account sharing, and any violation will risk a permanent ban without a refund.
3. Service Stability and Account Suspension
To maintain stable and premium service for all users, we continuously monitor our platform for abuse or suspicious activities. Any account found engaging in activities that violate these Terms of Service, compromise system integrity, or negatively impact other users may result in immediate and permanent account suspension. This includes, but is not limited to: automated abuse, excessive resource consumption, unauthorized access attempts, or any activity deemed harmful to our service infrastructure. If your account is suspended, you will need to contact our support team at hello@hitoolskit.shop to address the issue. Please note that suspensions due to policy violations may not be eligible for reinstatement.
4. Refunds
Your success is our goal. If you find that a primary tool you subscribed for is consistently not working and our support team cannot resolve the issue in a timely manner, we offer a straightforward refund.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hitoolskit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hitoolskit is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
